This session consists of a short warm up, followed by 4 exercises and a cool down. Exercises are Shoulder Press, Single Leg Extensions, Bent over row, and Overhead to Toes. All the exercises are done whilst in sitting, a suitable sturdy chair is required. Some of the exercises are weight optional, if you don’t have weights you can use tins of beans or bottles of water etc. This session consists of a short warm up, followed by 4 exercises and a cool down. Exercises are Bent over row, Forward punching, Reach up then touch your toes and Marching. Enjoy!
