Here is a new general exercise session, enjoy!
This session will consist of a short warm up, followed by 4 exercises and a cool down. Exercises are Shoulder press, Sit-ups, Bend over row and Sit to stands. The exercises are performed standing except for the sit ups where you will need a flat soft surface and the sit to stand where you will need a sturdy chair. Some of the exercises require weights if you don’t have weights you can use bottles of water or food tins. Here is Shaun enjoying the sun with the next General Exercise Session.
